July 24, 2016 I did my first one on one interview on Nick Perdue's podcast, Stand-Up Sit-Down on Black Hollywood Live, and I freekin LOVED it. I haven't been in the stand up comedy game long so I'm so excited that I have had such cool opportunities and milestones up to date.
Its crazy how opportunities come about because I met the host during a suspense filled game of Werewolf, too much to explain in one blog. Nick Perdue's first impression of me was me killing him in the werewolf game, seriously if you haven't played yet you MUST play asap, yet my personality made me memorable. We focus so much on being at the right place at the right time and wondering if this time on stage will be the time that you get discovered , that we sometimes miss the joy of just being ourselves. When in actuality you never know when a cool opportunity is going to come your way. A good friend/comic of mine always tells me to just go on stage and have fun don't worry about who's watching. What is for you will always be for you all you have to do is follow your purpose and stay positive. Yesterday I got to spend 40 minute talking about my story and I would love for you guy to take a second or 2 to check me out.
Moral of the story is be you and be great and of course live life as if no one is watching
